Service Level Agreement (SLA)
DanyTech Cloud Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of Database Hosting Services by DanyTech Cloud. The purpose of this SLA is to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our services.
DanyTech Cloud aims to provide a minimum of 99.9% uptime for our Database Hosting Services.
a. DanyTech Cloud provides customer support via email [support@danytechcloud.com] and aims to respond within a minutes not hour for any type issue.
b. Critical issues will be addressed promptly, with a response time of no more than 10 minutes.
a. DanyTech Cloud may perform routine maintenance to improve service quality and upgradation of APEX, ORDS, and Database. Customers will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of planned maintenance that may result in service disruption.
b. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice to address critical issues affecting service performance.
a. DanyTech Cloud employs industry-standard security measures to protect customer data and ensure the integrity of our services.
b. Customers are responsible for implementing best practices in securing their databases, including proper access controls and encryption.
DanyTech Cloud regularly backs up customer data to prevent data loss. Backup frequency and retention period is 7 days.
a. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
b. Customers must comply with DanyTech Cloud’s acceptable use policy outlined in the Terms of Service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this SLA.
This SLA is governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this SLA shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Terms of Service.
By using DanyTech Cloud’s Database Hosting Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this SLA.
